Wayuu bags are a masterpiece carefully crocheted by women from the Wayuu tribe in La Guajira, Colombia. Only small amounts are made because of the complexity and method to produce a single Wayuu Bag.
Tightly woven by one strand of thread, the process can take 30 or more days to complete using the crochet and weaving techniques. Amarla Mochilas are superior in quality and are intricate in their patterns. The straps are hand-loomed with extreme precision and detail.
This versatile Wayuu bag is perfect for a night out, running errands, hiking or to take to the gym. It’s convenient and light, yet still carries all the essentials.
